lol. I know. I almost added to my previous post that I wont be sharing the outcome for that exact reason. It's really pointless on a public forum. Only way for anyone to get answers is to ask the question yourself imo.
The asx listing rules are there to protect us. So any delays in granting waivers are in our best interest.
I still think it's prudent to raise cash now, at these prices, to relieve pressure from the Noble deal and give us time and negotiating room. Otherwise they are too late once sp tanks.
I don't have a huge problem with related transactions. It's a known variable with these guys. But hard to see ore travelling half way around the world before it reaches port and still being profitable.
Most likely the margins will service debt and pay salaries.
