TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED ("the Company") - Merger proposal
Results of Resolutions from the 19 October Special Meeting to approve the
merger of the Company's NZ rentals business with KEA Campers and United
Campervans and for the appointment of Kay Howe as a director of the Company.
Both resolutions referred to in the notice of meeting sent to shareholders
were approved at the special meeting held today and completion of the merger
of the New Zealand businesses is scheduled for the 31st October 2012.
