Can you direct me to where the 2.2m shares you transferred and the R.S 4m odd shares now not reportable sit in the published top twenty - I presume they are there under company or nom accounts.

I apologize for the not much skin the game comment because I was reading the 2011 holding - I agree that $175k spent out of your salary this year particularly allowing for it being after tax is a considerable show of faith.

Also I reiterate I dont think $500k is excessive in fact I think you are probably being underpaid - My comment about options , loan stock and rights entitlements should be linked to share price performance is on all stocks and is a generalisation not specific to PLV
