I think this is incredibly opportunistic by ADM as stock price has been weak post capital raising.
Some interesting analyst research had pitched this at high $13 for a takeover.
Also latest guidance by the company has this still trading on a low EBITDA multiple of about 6.5X basis $11.75. Considering the great assets of this company this would be a steal for an acquiring company.
