    I think the post the other day indicating drill approval fairly soon from BPMIGAS might have something to do with it, see QPN website.

    They have the permit in elephant country, funds to drill, finalising riggers subject to approval and this might become official before folk get impatient again MO.

    Doubled up on this development at .06 and feel good about timing.
