    re: plough low grade Plough,

the grade falls into the $64 question category as I mentioned.

The 2.6gt so far is still in the resource category. The probability for this region is more for increased tonnes rather than high grade zones that will lift that average grade significantly, though you never know as there are one or two higher grade nuggetty occurrences further east.

Moving some of the resource category eventually into a reserve category may, stress may, reduce tonnes but lift grade in determining what is going to be mineable in a BFS. (It does not always work that way, for example if the best grade is at depth and not within an optimal pit design).

This may result in a head grade closer to 3gt (yes I know that will burn ounces off the resource category by increasing the cut off grade).

In addition the rock is hard=additional cost both in opex and capex, and it is not one deposit but a series ,which is a pain from a working capital point of view (using excess cash flow to open up next deposit).

Initial observation is that the stripping ratios may not be too high.

Rough guess is that it will take another 2-3 months to advance discussions on plant availability/suitability which will then impact back on the final cutoff figures.

Likely outcome? Back to the $64 question, nearly there but not quite just yet. Satisfactory mineable reserve to get going ? Preferably something north of 400,000 ounces at better than 2.8gt.

Thats my current thinking and I reserve the right to change it tomorrow!LOL

    Cheers,TAS
