It's been mentioned a number of times that confidentiality clauses would prevent ADO from mentioning any deal that has been done with a company in the process of seeking FDA approval.
I'm not convinced that is the case. It is quite common for companies to make anonymous announcements, such as "We have signed a MOU with a significant player in MARKETX". If ADO was in a position to do that they would as it would put further pressure on the companies evaluating Mix&Go.
