Speculator. As a teacher, you must be familiar with the saying "none so blind that will not see". Do not over analyse Halifax-1, it IS a "given". Just get as many as you can afford and let it all fall into place.
Everything that we KNOW in 218 is there and MUCH bigger in 855. Don't stuff it up with trying to "work out" why the OBVIOUS is not obvious.
What more "information" do you need to draw the OBVIOUS conclusion???
