Either that, or someone has taken the advantage of building a strategic stake while the price is down.

Deutsche Bank has been moving in and out as a substantial shareholder over the past few weeks. It seems to me that the bank is buying on behalf of a client and off-loading to a different entity at various stages. This is a way for the real buyer to stay "covert". Interesting times.
