Sure you could end up with another director but if that director is only another appointee of the "great leader" then you still have NO INDEPENDENT voice that will represent the smaller shareholders. It will make no difference to the news flow or the corporate governance in general. There will still be the insiders and the outsiders holding shares. For you to be happy you must be one of the "indiders". Try looking outside the square where the disappointed are forced to reside.

The wording "provides scope" doesn't guarantee anything. Probability is that it will be distributed to the faithful board followers.
