For me, it is simple. No operating LAMP, no PROFIT, no pay increase. If I were the owner of a business that has been bleeding cash and management were to ask for a pay rise. I would say in your dreams. Once there is PROFIT then we talk. Otherwise you are just bleeding more of the company away. Any talk of a payrise is too preliminary IMO
