forgive me if I am wrong mate, but half these uranium stocks are buying exploration rights (loking at australian rights only) with the hope that the governements involved (state and federal) make lawful any further mining? That's one big hyped up bet in my books.

Again, I may be missing something here. Where there are existing mining licences, no prob's, but I could have sworn that I have read several times that FURTHER mining is not been permitted ie. no NEW mines?
