    Hi andres,

    Judging by the current share price the rest of the market doesn't agree. If it was fantastic buying the share price would be at 40c and the arbitrage margin would be much lower.

    The truth is its trading at a massive discount with financing apparently locked in.

    In my opinion the market doesn't quite see this as in the bag. Still a great deal of uncertainty.
