For all Julia Gillard's errors of judgement, broken promises and private life prior to entering Parliament; drawing parallels between our PM and Adolf Hitler is just appalling.

It's just typical of the sort of destructive and malicious comment generated by Tony Abbott's 3 year campaign of distortion, misrepresentation and denial of reality.

Your posts also reveal that you appear to be unaware that Australia still has the developed world's best macro-economic KPIs.

Our AAA Rating for example was never achieved by the Howard Govt. even during the mining boom, and at just 3.25% the OCR is half what it was in 2007 due to Howard's profligate spending on welfare for the wealthy - all achieved despite the GFC, its aftermath and Tony Abbott's destructive impact on public confidence.
