Yes we know BLR have a few small assets, but with a market cap of "just" $13m-$14m how much do you think those assets could generate. BLR could raise funds throght Specialist Funds investors but look how the shares in DYL fell, from when they ask for funds with Funds Specialist in the UK..DYL shares fell from 12cents to 4cents.
BLR could put its hand out to shareholders but again it would have to be at a discount and likely a Dilution to shareholders.

We are starting to see some nice moves by some Uranium companys, but i dont see how BLR can/will move forward untill funding is announced.

IMO i see BLR going under 1cent, if announcement are not delivered soon as cash has to be running very very low.
