SIR has fallen 20% from $3 high...so that is not the reason for the big buying today...It may have contributed previously...something else...Maybe they are very undervalued given the strong cash position of a penny dreadful or maybe the market has been to critical maybe Posco. Maybe some positive drill results coming who knows!
