I think buying now has no risk if intented sale is before the court decision
Weather the SP goes up or down from here I don't know
It should be at 80 cents the day of the decision NOV 8th
I am looking to lock in this week
Off-loading half at 80 cents before Nov 8th
Decision should go Lynas way
but more appeals to come
will tol-suspension be removed on 8th?, page-10
