The major portion of the funding is coming from the CDB which to me adds surity over the funding.....The Bank of Deyang would be state sponsered anyway...if it was the other way around then maybe i would have a concern...but currently funding issue is resolved and we wait to tick off the mining permits and conventions which look like they will be signed off in an official cerimony next month..
