Hopefully there will be a bit more information forthcoming as to why the 3rd patient hasn't moved onto the extension study......YET! But with only 15 min available for the presentation there might not be time for questions. To not want to move on to the extension study would go against all human instinct I would have thought!
Regardless of the circumstances, the primary objective of the Phase 2 trial will be achieved when immune-related Progression-Free Survival at six months is observed in approximately 12-14 of 63 target subjects.....not when 12-14 patients move on to the extension study!
