I wouldn't say disappointing, I think what a lot of people fail to realize is that in order to move up steadily a stock needs to "build a cause". By this I mean that there has to be a period of buying, and this usually happens over a prolonged period of time and is generally fairly well hidden by the smart money, Accumulation is usually seen by the price moving sideways for a while and I think this is what we may see with PRR, Its certainly appears to be in a sideways range between 13 and 14.5 atm. Whichever way it breaks will be the next legs direction.
