Instead of posting questions to the company here on HC, which you know very well are not going to be answered, why not just call the company and ask yourself?
Who knows you just might get the answer you require, then that may stop the endless whinging and complaining.
What is it people hope to achieve by complaining on an internet forum about company x and director y?
