Because all the money is being shuffled sideways it appears, the cupboard is bare when it comes time for the important stuff.
RB, you say drilling has started, do you know who is doing the drilling; wouldn't mind running the ruler over the contracted crew, I hope they're a reputable experienced lot.. and got more equipment than the 'exploration team' that had a ute and a pick-axe.
