it may be irritating and totally naive to you - but the reserve bank governor said exactly the same thing a couple of weeks back ---------- and said that racist xenophobia towards China (he may have said asia in general) - was a big risk for holding Australia back..
So if highhopes is irritating and naive then he/she is in with some pretty big company.
