So more energy and need less sleep JF. Hay fever (despite measures) and asthma knock me around this time of year. Quality sleep makes a huge difference.
I was actually just about to buy some AA's this morning until I read the contents of Isowhey Complete (I bought it from Discount Chemists Canberra Airport $60 marked down to $10...use by date 01/2013). They have a low dose of the 16 key AA's and the 3 branched chain AA's, so I saved myself a few $$$.
I guess eating a fair amount of fish/chicken/red meat and diverse veg/fruit in large quantities, I get most from my diet but I'll be interested to see whether sustained usage for a month (and more exercise with the warmer climate, and steadily reducing pollen counts as summer nears) makes a difference.
As always, just gets back to discipline. Thanks for your feedback.
