Police do not execute Search Warrants without good reason and Magistrates do not authorise Search Warrants unless they too are satisfied.
Sadly for Thomson this is 2012 and not 1975 and in this modern era of Policing, everything you touch leaves a trace.
The Police will link him back to something whether it be via photographs, phone checks, clothing, receipts, disproving alibi’s, e Tags, credit cards, CCTV, DNA, finger prints, Qantas Club, Frequent Flyers, witnesses, records, photoboards, you name it, anything with his name on it will be check to pin point his precise location where these alleged offences were committed.
A no comment interview would be gold IMO and Craig Thomson will probably be dumb enough to give that type of record to the Police when he is arrested. All you need to do then is prove he was there or in possession of.
Only a matter of time until he is invited in for an interview.
