The water issue has plagued the Heintschel field every since it was drilled and IMO is one of the big reasons that Burlesons SP has lagged other similar companies.

This same downward pressure on the the SP occurred when water production was announced on a previous well. The outcome then was:

The well still produced economically and is still in operation, and the costs then were reported for water disposal at 7000 dollars a month, a minor cost for the production achieved.

Even thou these Ann alarm the market long term the well will be producing good cash flow minus a little for water disposal IMO.

Till then the market will drive the SP lower.
