Please ask:

Do the partners/prospects provide a solid roadmap for their plans with PYCs compounds? If so, then what practical steps can PYC undertake to ensure they maintain these? Can a roadmap clause with penalty payment be implemented, to compensate the SP damage due to roadmap slippage?

I know we are the minnow in such undertakings, but we have to make investment decisions as shareholders too. We do it based on PYCs communication to us. Which in turn has, according to Nick, been extremely hampered by glacial movements by the large companies, in complete contrast to what he has been told and in turn us. A few months I can understand, but years? A practical solution is required.

eg. Ann made of new deal. We expect the deal to be finalised at some point between November 2012 and June 2014 depending on the Pharmas internal processes when a milestone payment will be made.

"Soon" just doesnt cut the mustard for us. Feels like we are just being used to prop the SP.
