With the market slumping today was a good opportunity to top up again. The good news in the announcement was largely ignored due to the down day. Once the news is digested then we will see ROC move sharply upwards. I am expecting brokers to take notice of the ever expanding oil reserves and strong cash flow that ROC has. Its been a long time coming but finally ROC holders will be rewarded.
