JV are managed by bunch of people of GBG and other partner.

Those people are not independent.

They are told by GBG and other partner what they need to do.

If GBG need cash, then GBG only need to discuss with other partner.

If JV need more cash, then GBG need to provide cash. If GBG does not have enough cash, then GBG can borrow or raise capital.

Our JV situation:

each ship we made $3M

each week we got 3 ships --> $9M

each year we got about --> $450M

In my opinion, we do not need any capital raising for our current plans that disclosed to market.
