    re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Yes looks like 600,000 @ $3.90 as part payment for shipping the plant from China to Cloncurry.

    This new 2 strikes policy with potential to spill the board doesn't add much when the company is working to get into production asap.

    Everything else looks pretty straight forward.
