So are OVR going to bother holding an AGM this year?
Announcement seems to be late in coming this year.
I guess hands are full with new board positions, new projects being backed into alternate listings, new projects being backed into private companies and low priced capital raisings.
I can see why OVR is a low priority. Everything is still going reasonably well at OVR so no pressing need to move fast. After all, there is still money in the accounts for fees and what else could matter? There will only be a need to panic and recapitalize when they are down below the last 500k.
