Investment company Hellaby Holdings Limited ("Hellaby") confirms that each of
the following resolutions put to the Annual Meeting of Hellaby held on
Thursday 25 October 2012 was passed on a show of hands:
Ordinary Business
Resolution 1 Re-election of Mr P A Byrnes
Resolution 2 Re-election of Mr J M Sclater
Resolution 3 Election of Mr M G Cowsill
Resolution 4 Re-election of Mr J H Maasland
Resolution 5 Authorisation for directors to fix remuneration and expenses of
auditors
