I have two punts, the purpose of which is to give everyone a warm feeling by reducing the prevailing and understandable frustration and anger.

Punt 1 - Strategic Path Forward (this replaces the Retrograde Progress Strategy in operation over the past 3 years). The IDC will fund a JV arrangement between NKP and Anglo. NKP will do the mining and Anglo the processing.

Punt 2 - The RSA Government will bring down a Mini Budget today at 2pm local time that may increase the level of VAT. So Punt 1 can not be possible until Punt 2 is resolved.

Now everyone can relax! Should anyone take an iota of belief in Punts 1 and 2 then I will be forced to implement the strategy of defenestration. No, it does not involve the round objects or other associated accoutrement.
