I got a response from my US broker today and they say since the LYSCF shares are held by them at a foreign (non US) depository I did not receive any AGM materials. But they can submit my LYSCF votes for me I just have to inform them on my vote for each resolution.
As for my LYSDY shares I did get an email directly from Lynas with the AGM materials so that will be mailed back to them with the ASA as my proxy.
