A valuation update from GSJBW today for my fellow WES holders:
Valuation
We have revised our earnings estimates primarily to reflect revised Goldman Sachs coal price forecasts. The net impact on our group earnings estimates in FY13E/FY14E/FY15E is -3%/-1%/-2%. Our 12-month, DCF-based
price target rises to A$42.21 (from A$40.72) as we incorporate our higher longer-term coal price forecasts. We maintain our Buy rating and keep the stock on our Conviction List.
