Yep LB. when you think about it, ACN/3rd party would have been fully aware that yesterday was cut off for RIM to accept DLS. Which leads me to suspect the early morning Ann was to force their hand and to get DLS to put their cards on the table. So I think it is the board and their preferred prospective partners who hold the Aces... Good to see buying on market continues over DLS rev offer.
