While I agree that the board should communicate with their shareholders on a regular basis, I don't really think you can blame them for the low SP.
Take a quick look around at the market caps of the many other companies trying to transition themselves into profit-making ventures. Even those that are making profits are trading at ridiculous prices, excluding those that are deemed to be 'blue chip'.
The tide will eventually turn.
