J8 , In reality a lot of the DT leads are in fact multi- day leads which would probably be better suited here IMHO... and I would encourage DT'ers who read this thread, who have a ST multi day lead, to post it here 1st before the DT thread...this will increase the readership. Remembering that this thread is alive for the whole week and tips are less like to get lost in the Forrest as they do in DT Room.
I would imagine it would benefit both groups (DT and STT) if they were more segregated but as you say the thread is free... The occasional 1 liners is OK as long as the Stock has not already risen 40% that day and therefore just represent a ramp which is likely to be very high risk entry for novice players. Occurs a lot of the DT thread I notice.
Speaking for myself ... I rarely check out Ticker only posts ..unless of course it is by a highly ranked poster. If the post has a ticker and even a 1 line description of why its likely to be undervalued and about to move then I and more likely to check it out.
So I guess the moral of the story is the more info you provide upfront the more likely people will actually take notice ... well that is my experience anyways.
