Pandev, this is why I keep saying I smelt a rat when Han Long was so happy to waive the No-Talk-No-Shop condition.
The Gotcha is in the timing, manner and conditions attached to the mining permit that will kill off any competition.
The only thing standing between the biggest day light robbery that is Han Long swallowing up Sundance is the hedge funds and us share holders casting a NO vote.
According to disclosure rule, George Jones has to announce to the ASX the receipt of any alternative bids or proposals.
I am not sure whether the disclosure requirements apply to INFORMAL expression of interest, for no sane alternative suitor company like would put in a formal counter proposal or bid in the absence of the mining permit.
