We have a woman Prime Minister We have a woman Governer General We have women in all levels of Government We have women in the Police and Armed Services We have women in CEO positions Women can vote Women can work Women have same access to legal services as men Women can be divorced and not be judged
I would say that THIS is indicative of our 'underlying culture' and that sexism and discrimination whilst still existing is NOT our underlying culture.
I feel extremely blessed to live in this country at this time in history.
