Interesting comment that JP Morgan nominees(JPM) is a risk. Is it a risk because they are selling out? JPM selling out does not alter the direction of the business or its fundamentals. In fact I'd like JPM to sell everything out next week if it offers me a really low price. CITIC having a very large holding enables them to alter decision making in the company hence the fundamentals ie capital structure. Although John Anderson seem like an honest, trustworthy and very capable CEO he does not have control over CITIC thus I would like to talk to him to see what he says and also as important what he does not say.
