I'm not speculating that either of the girls are innocent or guilty...but what I will say...is that it will only take a corrupt official..or cop...who will want to make a quick buck...(say extortion?).....and then a fully innocent person will get it right between the eyes...trying to get a fair go...in a damn corrupt system.....
