I agree that a lot will depend whether the water is coming in from the bottom of the hole or close to it - at the moment we just don't know
Bur could have made an ann to clarify this as I think they would have a reasonable understanding of the situation

whether it is oversold depends a lot - I think - on the individual situations and perceptions of various shareholders
also some might be interested in driving it lower
it's a gamble
