i have my own smsf but have just spent ages going through the esuper site and how amazing this opportunity is for people as they have got it so well covered unfortunately i came into my smsf 17 odd years ago and bought a commercial property and borrowed small amount but back then superfunds could not borrow so a connected property trust was set up which now creates a few minor issues is anyone else in this situation because i would love some feedback
