    re: Ann: Recapitalisation program and explora... IMO jumping in bed with this person is not a good idea and is losing respect and IMO a desperate measure to raise money.

    If this company has a proven resource there is no need to be chasing companies like Acsent to raise funds.

    Raising funds below .015 is prostituting itself and devaluing this company and suggesting all is not well.

    If the Directors proceed with this I will wait for the PUMP to DUMP my shares.

    Sorry to repeat myself but I am concerned about the Direction this company is taking and is not a good sign.
