The person that mentioned severence pay has a very valid point imo. I'm not saying keep existing/underperforming directors purely based on exit costs, but obviously they are entitled to it and no resolution will deny them a payout. With our bank balance it could be crippling. But possibly a necisary evil.
Seems like my $8 express post earlier in the month was a waste of money but atleast it sent a message.
Lower salaries will be critical going forward. Once I see the proposed remuneration policy for 2 new directors then I will decide.
