I'll save you the trouble. The 4th Quarter date in the Investor Preso supercedes the previously announced "October" date.
I did note at the time that the cohort had been increased from 6 to 7 patients, so perhaps that had something to do with the release delay.
Results for the first 3 are already known, courtesy of the Interim Phase 11b announcement. My guess is they want a little more time on the remaining 4 patients for the cellular response to be definitive.
