trees.....my daughter was building a house & needed her bathroom & laundry tiled. The floors were already wetsealed & when the tiler turned up he said the metal strip in front of the doorway wasn't down so she wasn't ready & he left never to be seen again. This was a $10k job. I am absolutely amazed at the flippant & indefferent attitude these guys have about jobs of this ammount. (I secretely think he couldn't be bothered walking up her driveway). They remind me of the model Naomi Campbell who said she wouldn't get out of bed for less than $10k.
