anyone smaller than FMG has mine and buckleys of getting approval and finance to build a new rail in the pilbara region QR or JV with FMG is FMS best chance .Gina had to JV with RIO to get her mine up and to get access to Rio Rail & Port ,It would be nice for the board to provide an update on their plans ,when all the new chinese backed mines are in production in Africa it may be to late ..
