Puntman--your right,but it does show management there is growing discontent with management getting benefits that are not performance based.
in the near future,management has to come thru with a JV or takeover offer to satisfy shareholders,if this does not happen they will be putting forward a capital raising which,in my opinion,would not be successful in the current market with top 20 and other shareholders.
